TERMS OF PURCHASE 

Business tickets are paid by internal invoicing to your IKEA company. 

By ticking "I approve the terms for IKEA Shuttle Busyou agree to Ingka AB´s terms of purchase. 

 

For private tickets(i.e. tickets for commuting), we use Swish as payment solution where BankID is requirement to approve the payment.

By ticking " I approve the terms for IKEA Shuttle Busyou agree to Swish terms and conditions and Ingka AB´s terms of purchase. 

 

Tickets can only be purchased through IKEA Shuttle Buses site.

 

TICKETS AS QR CODE

After your purchase the QR code for the ticket will be sent to you both as email and sms. It´s your responsibility to present a valid ticket upon boarding the IKEA Shuttle Bus.

 

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • Use preferably your work e-mail and mobile number in your account.
  • If you are consultant or employed outside Sweden, choose the Swedish Ingka/Inter IKEA company that you are working/travelling on behalf of.
  • If you are a consultant or employed outside Sweden, enter the first 6 digits in your birthdate instead of your employee number.

 

RIGHT TO USE THE BUSES 

Only below categories are allowed to use this bus service:

  • Ingka employee
  • Inter IKEA employee
  • Consultants that have a signed ongoing project/contract with Ingka/Inter IKEA
  • Members of Vuxenklubben
  • Family members to Ingka/Inter IKEA employees living in the same household are allowed for single trips. Repeated trips such as commuting are not allowed.

 

CAN I REGRET MY PURCHASE? 

According to Swedish law you have the right to regret your ticket purchase within 14 days of purchase date. Only possible if it´s an unused ticket.  

single journey needs to be cancelled before departure from first stop of the route to be able to get the single ticket price refunded.

DATA PRIVACY

The data registered in this matter is dealt with in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR, 2016/679).  

The deletion of data is done in accordance with applicable laws and agreements when the data is no longer needed. 

The personal data in the system is for handling of safety, route planning and invoice documentation.

  • Strictly necessary permanent cookie – saved to confirm that the user upon log in has validated himself/herself with two-factor authentication.
