Why are ticket prices on IKEA Shuttle bus not lower compared to Skånetrafiken?
Due to tax regulations and to avoid benefit taxation for the co-workers that uses the bus.

How about flexibility and deadlines when booking the bus? How late can I book my seat if I realize my train is not
functioning?
Bookings can be made until the bus departure. The same applies to cancellations.

My train has stopped in Hässleholm, is it possible to quickly hop on the bus instead?
No. The buses will only departure and stop in Älmhult, Lund and Malmö.

Is this only for commuters, or also for colleagues having a business trip to Sweden from abroad?
The buses are primarily a service for commuting colleagues working at Inter IKEA and Ingka. Co-workers visiting Sweden can
use the bus when capacity allows. During BPL-week 46-48, there will be other transport options available.

Why are there only stops in Malmö and Lund? I live in XX and have issues with the trains?
Malmö/Lund is the region where we have the most commuting co-workers. This has been the basis for our extraordinary
action during this six-month test.

How long does the journey take?
Gerts Buss, our external partner, estimates the trip to take around 120 minutes.

Can I work on the bus?
It’s hard to answer, depends on your assignment. However, Wi-Fi will be available, and we have ensured good comfort and
air conditioning. Bathroom will be available.

I want to go home earlier, why aren't there more buses available?
We have created a timetable based on input from commuting co-workers. If the times do not fit your needs, we
recommend using public transport alternatives.
